1. General
This Privacy Policy explains how the X-Group group of companies (“X-Group”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to this website. By using the website and submitting its forms, you agree to this policy.
We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data” and the legislation of the other countries where X-Group operates — the Russian Federation and Georgia.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide to us yourself:
- Contact form: full name, phone number, email address, company name (optional) and the text of your message.
- Job application form: full name, phone number, email address, preferred field, your CV and a cover letter (optional).
In addition, the server hosting the website automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit. This data is used solely to keep the website secure and working properly.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries and proposals.
- To review job applications and contact candidates.
- To keep the website secure and fix technical issues.
- To analyse website traffic and improve the website (only with your consent).
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@xgroup.am.
5. Data retention
Data submitted through the forms is not stored in the website database: it is delivered by email to the responsible X-Group staff. An attached CV file is deleted from the server immediately after it has been sent.
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, after which it is destroyed.
6. Sharing your data
Your data may be shared with companies within X-Group, including those operating in the Russian Federation and Georgia, solely for the purposes listed in section 3. It may also be processed by our website hosting and email providers to the extent necessary to provide their services.
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When you open a page, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
If you consent, the website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to collect aggregated visit statistics: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location. This data may be processed on servers in the United States. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google browser add-on.
We may disclose data to public authorities only where required by law.
7. Cookies
The website uses the following cookies:

_ga,_ga_*(Google Analytics): help us understand how visitors use the website, kept for up to 2 years. Set only after you give your consent.
We do not use advertising cookies. On your first visit the website asks for your consent; you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page, and you can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about the personal data we process about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia or with the competent authority in your country.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@xgroup.am. We will respond within the time limit set by law.
9. Data security
The website uses a secure HTTPS connection and its forms are protected against automated spam. Only employees who need the data to perform their duties have access to it.
The website is not intended for persons under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
